RODO – Information on the processing of personal data

§3 Recipients of data

  • to other entities entrusted with data processing under an entrustment agreement.

Data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area, unless necessary and in accordance with the relevant RODO safeguards.

Personal data will be processed:

  • For the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing,

  • For the duration of the business relationship or the term of the contract,

  • Until you withdraw your consent (if processing is based on it),

  • For a period of time prescribed by law (e.g. tax, accounting),

  • Until the statute of limitations for possible claims.


§5 Rights of the data subject

You have the right to:

  • Access to and copies of their data,

  • rectification (correction) of data,

  • Deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),

  • processing restrictions,

  • data portability,

  • Object to the processing of data,

  • withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent).


§6 Right to complain

If you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.


§7 Voluntariness of providing data

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but may be necessary to conclude and perform a contract or handle an inquiry.
